Pros: excellent stabilization in active mode, fully articulated touch screen, no recording time limit, color sampling 4:2:2/10 bit, 4k at 50/60 fps without crop and at 100/120 fps with crop, good tonal range with S-Log3 profile, very good autofocus, great details in 4K up to 50/60 fps, low rolling shutter.
Cons: single memory slot, small HDMI connector, low viewfinder resolution, high ISO noise, mediocre quality in Full HD.

It is a well-rounded, camera that's as well-suited for portraiture and landscape photography as it is for travel vlogging and filmmaking. Image quality, video capability, and autofocus are all top-notch, better than or on par with the best. It performs very well in the lab. Rolling shutter values are OK, dynamic range is on par with a lot of other consumer cameras for the APS-C as well as for full-frame sensors, and the latitude results really show the capabilities of the new sensor/image pipeline and robust all-I 4:2:2 10bit codec. This size/price/performance ratio is hard to beat!

Si tratta di un perfetto bilanciamento tra la funzione fotografica e quella video. [...] Forse il vincolo più grosso sul fronte video è quello di dover prevedere nel corredo qualche obiettivo a focale molto corta (e quindi suscettibile di qualche limite ottico) per poter realizzare riprese super-grandangolari. The sensor used in the A6700 is characterized by very good performance, which is difficult to have any reservations about [...] It could be expected to compete on par with models such as the Fujifilm X-H2S and OM System OM-1. However, the A6700 is not equipped with a stacked sensor, so there is no reason to expect that it will compete with them on an equal quality [...] The viewfinder and a single memory card slot does not make a very favorable impression.
