Leica has released version 1.0.0.24 of firmware for S2 medium format DSLR.

The update adds a lot of nice improvements:

• addition of lossless DNG compression;
• burst rate increased to 1.5 frames per second;
• maximum exposure time extended to 125 seconds;
• more options for AF/AE button;
• more compatibility for 64GB UDMA cards;
• improvements to the AF performance and preview histogram.
